Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! If I could leave more stars I would.

I cannot overstate how superb Callum and the team are at Wirral Cars. Not only are they competitively priced, but thier customer service and attention to detail are second to none.

This was the first vehicle purchase I have done having not seen or test driven the vehicle prior to agreeing a sale - I'll admit I was aprehensive. However, Callum's telephone manner was exceptional; from the off you can tell he is earnest. There is no waffly sales fluff as thier stock speaks for itself - it is clear Callum and the team source great examples of used cars. We were given two detailed video tours of the exterior and interior. Both clearly brought our attention to the (very few) imperfections on the vehicle (most of which were touched up during the valet anyway!). I'm sure I'm not the only person who gets tired of being told what is good with a used car, we all want to know what is wrong with it! Having said that, we couldn't be happier with the condition of the vehicle we bought - for a 9 year old car, it was gleaming.

We are in North Devon - Callum was more than happy to make arrangements at a fair price to have the vehicle delivered to us when the vehicle was unfortunatley not going to be ready for the day we planned to travel up to collect it. Though, this was no fault of Wirral Cars - quite the opposite. The vehicle had gone through service, valet and MOT having come out of the MOT with a pass, but with an advisory on a bearing. Callum was insistant that he would not be happy for us to have the car unless it had no issues, and so wanted the bearing sorted before he passed it over to us - simply cannot fault the level of detail and customer care.

Delivery - the vehicle was kindly driven down to us OVER 250 MILES away by Kevin. He was a diamond, descibed how well the vehicle perfomed on the way down, which I was able to attest to when I dropped him off at the local train station for his return journey.

Needless to say, we are over the moon with our (what feels like brand new) Audi Q3 and would not hesitate to recommend Wirral Cars to anybody - we will most certianly be returning for all of our vehicle needs in the future. I believe the trusting relationship built (by Callum) in such a short space of time is a hard skill to come by, especially in the used car business, so I hope that we can maintain this relationship long into the future.

Having purchased 2 vehicles (technically 3!) from Wirral Cars it's only fair I leave a review. First car was for my son and 't fault it for value or condition, and nearly 12months on its still spot on. Second one was more recent for myself & unfortunately it had an intermittent running problem.
First up I appreciate a dealer can get a rotten egg to pass on as much as I could buy one! This situation is what sorts out good dealers from bad and how they handle the situation is what matters. Wirral Cars were faultless from start to finish and really supportive throughout; never once did I feel under threat with the situation. So much so I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere and the following replacement vehicle has been perfect.
Top marks and a good, genuine car sales team & all I can say is I would thoroughly recommend them.

I have to admit as I am new to the area I wasn't familiar with the Dealership (s) which are a community of small family Dealerships all on the same plot!
The service I received here was excellent. I bought a car which needed a couple of jobs done which they agreed to do for me. I was booked in and the work was done quickly for me. Everyone here is welcoming and helpful.
I'm impressed, it's good to see that the aftercare is there should it be needed which is great backup.
I would recommend-absolutely! I'm very pleased.
Louanna was great at sorting anything that was needed - very professional!

First class garage. Can't say enough about how great these guys are. I've now purchased a second car from them . Nothing is a problem for these guys I've never come across a car dealership like this before. They go above and beyond any other. Ill never go anywhere else again. Five stars really isnt enough for the service you receive.
